County-specific guidelines – April 22

We’re continuing to monitor the California Superior Court’s response to COVID-19.

Most of the 58 Superior Courts in California have extended their closures into May. It looks like May 12 is the most popular date they have chosen to reopen, but if the past few weeks have been any indication, these closures will likely be extended.

Many courts are allowing hearings to take place remotely and most allow electronic document submission. Others are completely closed for business.
