This training will provide insight on how to identify subrogation opportunities, navigate around barriers and avoid delays of recovery. It will offer a user-friendly discussion about the first right of recovery, requirements for notice, and credit rights.

The Subrogation Litigation team from Siegel, Moreno & Stettler will discuss the good, the bad and the ugly around filling a lien, a compliant and complaint in intervening. About the presenters:

Kelsey Daniel specializes in pursuing Workers’ Compensation Subrogation. She possesses an extensive knowledge base and tenacity in recovering subrogation claims. And Chalsie Keller represents plaintiffs in civil litigation involving personal injury and subrogation in California courts.
