Ms. Winter also started with the core group of the founders of Siegel, Moreno & Stettler in 1983. She has managed the financial and IT operations of the firm for 33 years, constantly striving to improve productivity while maximizing profitability.
As the lead of billing department, she works closely with its members fostering teamwork and individual strengths enhancing the firm’s overall performance.
Her strong educational background in accounting has played a key role in her ability to analyze and calculate complex permanent impairment and disability ratings. She has attended multiple instructional seminars on the principles of using the AMA Guides 5th edition for rating California Workers’ Compensation claims and has been frequently asked and given seminars on ratings. She has also been instrumental in the accurate assessment of settlement values of many claims handled by our firm.
Ms. Winter is also an active member and past Treasurer of the Association of Legal Administrators.
