Kelsey Daniel, California Subrogation Attorney




Kelsey Mezzanatto Daniel graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Daniel then entered La Verne Law School where she received her JD degree as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. While at law school, she became a published author for her work entitled, The Birth of Criminal “Pandering” and The Death of Free Speech Coalition’s “Actual Child” Requirement: The Implications of United States v. Williams, 30 U. LA VERNE L. REV. 532 (2009).


She began her legal career serving as Judicial Extern to the Honourable Peter H. Carroll, United States Bankruptcy Court. Prior to joining Siegel, Moreno & Stettler, APC, Ms. Daniel was a sole practitioner representing clients in civil, criminal (state and federal) and family law matters. She gained extensive litigation experience and her diverse practice earned her the accolades of her peers and respect of her clients.


Ms. Daniel is licensed to practice in California and before the United States District Court.
